Periodic OHS Training
Periodic trainings organized by us are based on the employee’s already acquired experience, analysis of his habits and good practices. We train both at our headquarters and at the client’s. We use various types of teaching aids and develop specially tailored multimedia presentations, which are aimed at better assimilation of the material by means of visualization.
Their purpose is primarily to familiarize the employee with the changing legal regulations in the field of occupational health and safety, as well as to update and strengthen the knowledge and skills already acquired at a given position.
Who should undergo periodic health and safety training
Pursuant to the Labor Code, the employer is obliged to send the employee to periodic training in order to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions. Regulations on occupational health and safety training are regulated by Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 27 July 2004 on training in the field of occupational health and safety (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 180, item 1860, as amended).
We conduct these trainings for all types of positions, i.e.:
- workers
- administration and office
- engineering and technical staff
- employers and persons managing employees
- teachers, tutors, teaching staff in public and private schools or institutions
- medical staff
- sales representatives.
Frequency of periodic training
The frequency of training is strictly defined by law and is as follows:

At the end of the training and after successfully passing the verification exam, a certificate of participation in the training is issued, which should be recorded in the personnel file of a given employee.
