What does health and safety supervision cover?
We supervise linear and cubature constructions, as well as indicated technical works in operating production plants. We provide both direct supervision 24/7 as well as supervision of selected works, such as particularly dangerous works.
The package of our services also includes the provision of an OHS Coordinator at the construction site, as well as only cyclical audits on request.
What is health and safety supervision and what does it actually cover?
- conducting induction training for construction
- verification of employee documentation
- supervision over documentation (IBWR, documentation of machines, devices, work permits, etc.)
- issuing opinions on daily work permits
- supervision of works covered by a work permit
- carrying out daily safety checks, based on the checklist for daily health and safety checks at the construction site, including:
- inspection of the site where construction work is carried out
- control of the organization of workstations and the safety of the work carried out
- inspection of the technical condition of the construction equipment used
- withdrawing or requesting immediate cessation of use of construction equipment that does not meet the requirements, is damaged, without valid inspections, documentation or does not comply with applicable standards
- verification of the implementation of post-inspection recommendations
- checking the correctness of the marking of the area of the work being carried out
- control of the separation and marking of construction work sites in accordance with the construction organization plan and ongoing response to irregularities
- specifying the method of storing and moving materials, products, substances and hazardous materials on the construction site
- verification of the correctness of the determination of the separation of dangerous zones and ongoing response to irregularities
- verification of the necessary documentation: IBWR, work permits, certificates of completed OHS training, medical certificates, permissions, etc.
- control of the correct use of personal protective equipment in accordance with established standards and ongoing response to irregularities
- control of order at the construction site and ongoing response to irregularities
- special control of areas where particularly dangerous work is carried out
- support and cooperation with the OHS department in terms of noticed irregularities, suspicion of working under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances
- participation and organizing and conducting daily health and safety meetings
- control of the BiOZ plan along with the presentation of possible recommendations for changes
- keeping documentation related to the state of work safety
- cooperation with authorized external inspection units examining working conditions on the construction site
- control of subcontractors in the field of:
- verification of IBWR documentation
- organization of workstations and safety of work
- the technical condition of the construction equipment used
- have current health and safety training, medical examinations and qualifications
- verification of the implementation of post-inspection recommendations
- the correctness of marking the area of the works carried out
- separation and marking of construction work sites in accordance with the construction organization plan

- correct determination of the separation of dangerous zones
- verification of the correct placement of health and safety signs regarding the rules of movement on the construction site
- preparation of health and safety reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
- cooperation with the OHS Service of the General Contractor, Investor and others
- support for the Health and Safety Service in reporting accidents and near misses
- advice on the application of health and safety regulations and rules.
