1. Facility evacuation plans<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The key elements of facility evacuation plans are boards that indicate evacuation routes and directions. Thus, they constitute a graphic part of the instructions informing about the methods of evacuation. Reading the documentation is obligatory for each employee and user of a given facility. All documents should be easily accessible and prepared in a legible and transparent manner.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • graphic data of the facility, including the division into fire zones,<\/li>
  • fire parameters of combustible substances,<\/li>

    The report is a document containing detailed conditions for fire protection. installation or waste storage facility in accordance with applicable regulations. The place must be agreed in advance with the Commander of the State Fire Service.     The fire safety instruction takes the form of a study on determining fire protection, which should be taken into account during the operation of a given building. Legal requirements are defined by law, and reading the manual is mandatory for every employee staying at a given facility, regardless of their position. IBP must be updated once every two years, or after changes in the way the facility is operated.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    It should obligatorily include such aspects as:<\/p>

    • fire protection conditions relating to the purpose and use of the building,<\/li>
    • specifying the mandatory equipment with fire protection devices and extinguishers,<\/li>
    • recommended procedures in the event of a fire, with particular emphasis on evacuation plans,<\/li>
    • indication of persons executing the instruction,<\/li>
    • plans of facilities and areas adjacent to the proper facility, specifying dimensions, indicating fire zones and evacuation conditions.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

      An analysis of the fire and explosion safety of the facility must be undertaken in order to accurately identify and specify the instructions to be followed in the event of a hazard. The regulations require execution in public utility facilities, e.g. schools, banks, hotels, production halls, warehouses, while:<\/p>

      • there is an explosion hazard zone, regardless of the size of the building,<\/li>
      • gross volume exceeds 1000 m3, or in the case of livestock buildings – exceeds 1500 m3,<\/li>
      • the area of \u200b\u200bthe fire zone exceeds for facilities such as water treatment plants or landfills.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 7, 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other structures and areas (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 109, item 719): owners, managers or users of facilities provide and implement safety instructions fire.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
